Abstract: Based on the management mode of General Contractor Offering Keys, the Wanda Group introduces the general contractor management mode with BIM, which applies the BIM technology and the information integrated management platform to achieve the core target of One-Button Quantity Calculation with BIM. To successfully implement the one-button quantity calculation, a very important prerequisite is to ensure the correctness and normalization of the model. This paper focuses on how to conduct the model reviewing efficiently and quickly as the contractor under the general contractor management mode with BIM.
