Abstract: Taking the project of Xiong'an citizen service center project as an example, this paper introduces the BIM life-cycle application of the project from five perspectives, including project overview, BIM organization and application environment, BIM application, intelligent construction and BIM operation and maintenance.While assisting construction with BIM technology, the project uses the intelligent construction system independently developed by China Construction Group to collect and integrate the progress, safety, quality, materials and environmental information of the project, so as to realize transparent management of the project and promote green management and intelligent construction of Xiong'an New Area. It also contributes to the initial experience of realizing the synchronous growth of physical architecture and virtual architecture and the smart city management goal from BIM to CIM.
