Abstract: The sub-center of Beijing is planned as a pilot of smart construction. Since the beginning of 2016, an intelligent construction management platform is applied in the whole process of project construction management. After 2017, there are still some improvements discovered that should be made to the original platform through its application in new projects. This paper explores the expansion of application field of intelligent construction technology based on a sub-center single project, and provides a solid foundation for improving intelligent construction.
