槐房再生水厂工程BIM技术应用

Application of BIM Technology in Huaifang Reclaimed Water Works

  • 摘要: 随着城市地下空间的开发利用,污水处理、再生水处理厂的布置形式也逐步向半地下或全地下式发展。槐房再生水厂就是为了缓解北京市城南地区污水处理压力、改善地区水环境质量,在北京市中心城区建造的全地下再生水处理厂。依托槐房再生水厂工程,通过对北京市中心城区再生水厂的规划、特大型全地下再生水厂建设的可行性研究与论证、水处理工艺的选择确定、厂区及地下空间的布置、地下空间的安全与环境保障分析等,研究并确定了将槐房再生水厂建设为北京市中心城区特大型全地下生态智慧再生水厂,以实现特大型全地下再生水厂工程的“安全水厂”、“生态水厂”、“智慧水厂”的建设为工作目标。依托工程设计体系框架,探索将BIM技术与市政基础设施建设相结合的新途径,利用BIM技术,提升设计、施工、运维管理水平,为城市基础设施和城市绿地等公共服务设施的建设运营服务,最终把该项目打造成为世界最大的全地下再生水厂,成为全国“智慧水厂”的典范。

     

    Abstract: With the development and utilization of urban underground space, the layout of sewage treatment and reclaimed water treatment plants has gradually developed to semi-underground or all-underground. Huaifang Recycling Water Plant is an underground reclaimed water treatment plant built in downtown Beijing to alleviate the pressure of sewage treatment and improve the quality of water environment in the south of Beijing. Relying on the framework of "wisdom" engineering design system, the project explores a new way to combine BIM technology with municipal infrastructure construction. By using BIM technology, the project quality can be fully upgraded, the construction management level can be improved, the information resources can be reserved for the later operation of waterworks, and the public services such as urban infrastructure and urban green space can be provided. The construction and operation of the facility eventually turned the project into the world's largest all-underground recycled water plant, becoming a national model of "smart water plant".
