Abstract: For the real estate development projects, this paper develops an enterprise-level integrated management platform based on BIM technology.With this platform, the BIM technology can be applied in the whole process, and collaborative management can be realized in design management, cost management, schedule management, material management, safety management and quality management. Through the works done in the paper, the authors has explored acollaborative management mode of design and construction integration based on BIM technology.
