Abstract: This paper studies the application of BIM technology in the communication management and stakeholder management during the construction stage.Through its applications in the construction organization, quality, safety, schedule, cost, operation, materials, and other extended applications, the BIM technology is indicated to assist in improving the effective communication in the construction enterprises during the construction period.The paper also introduces the methodology of applying BIM technology in the stakeholder management.The final aim of BIM application is to improve the efficiency of project management and to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
