Abstract: This paper presents a BIM modeling method of bridges based on a visual programming software, Generative Component. The paper also studies how to take the advantages of Generative Component to make up for the defects of other software in multi-software cooperative works, so as to improve the quality of model, as well as to reduce the cost of modeling.
