Abstract: With the thorough engineering practice of China Construction Eighth Engineering Division, the BIM-based integration management application has achieved remarkable results. On the basis of extensive application of BIM-assisted engineering construction, enterprise has researched and explored the receiving, archiving and retrieving mode of BIM-based digital files, raised the methods and process to realize this mode, built the technical framework of the management system, analyzed the value of BIM digital archives management, improved the enterprise digital file management performance, thus provide a reference for China′s AEC industries.
