基于BIM技术的上海海昌极地海洋公园场馆及管廊机电综合应用

The Electromechanical Integrated Application of Shanghai Haichang Polar Ocean Park Venues and Pipe Gallery Based on BIM Technology

  • 摘要: 现如今,BIM技术已经渗透整个建筑行业,从最开始的住宅、办公楼工程,到后来的大型复杂综合体工程、地下管廊工程等;BIM技术在大型工程项目中管廊机电管中的应用也是BIM技术功能一个重点研究方向。本文以上海海昌极地海洋公园为例,研究了BIM技术在管廊机电工程中的综合应用;主要是利用BIM技术对上海海昌极地海洋公园场馆及管廊机电工程进行图纸会审、深化设计、碰撞检查及二次优化、重难点分析和施工模拟,再通过工程实际验证BIM技术的实用性;研究结果表明,BIM技术在项目管廊管道、机电设计安装过程中有着极大的优势,通过BIM技术可以避免施工阶段存在无效的返工和材料的浪费,进而可以达到控制项目的工期、节约成本和精益建造的目的,提升项目的综合经济效益。

     

    Abstract: Nowadays, BIM technology has penetrated the entire construction industry, from the initial residential and office building projects to large-scale complex complex projects and underground pipe gallery projects, etc. The application of BIM technology in large-scale engineering projects in pipe gallery electrical and mechanical pipes is also a key research direction of BIM technology function. This paper takes Shanghai Haichang Polar Ocean Park as an example to study the comprehensive application of BIM technology in the pipe gallery electromechanical project, which mainly uses BIM technology to review drawings, deepen design, collision inspection and secondary optimization, key and difficult analysis and construction simulation, and then verify the practicability of the BIM technology through actual project. The research results show that BIM technology has great advantages in the design and installation process of pipe gallery and electromechanical project, through BIM technology can avoid ineffective rework and materials waste in the construction phase to achieve the purpose of controlling the project period, saving costs and lean construction, and improving the overall economic benefits of the project.
