基于4D-BIM技术的施工网格化管理在杭州西站的应用

Application of Construction Grid Management in Hangzhou West Railway Station Based on 4D-BIM Technology

  • 摘要: 近年来,我国先后新建和改建了—批大型铁路客站枢纽,如雄安站、清河站、丰台站等,这些车站已从单纯的交通集散中心发展为城市的综合性交通枢纽1,呈现出面积大型化、功能集成化、造型多元化的特点,这对施工总承包管理提出了更高的要求,如何通过信息化手段消除施工现场的“信息孤岛”成了人们探索的方向。本文以杭州西站为例,利用4D-BIM技术,引入网络化管理,从网格化管理平台系统架构、网格编码、BIM模型网格化划分、网格化施工管理流程这四个方面介绍了4D-BIM技术与网格化管理手段,阐明了基于4D-BIM技术的施工网格化管理来提高杭州西站施工效率,确保施工进度、质量、安全等各项目标顺利达成所产生的积极影响。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, China has successively developed and renovated many large railway hubs, such as Xiong′an Station, Qinghe Station, Fengtai Station, etc. These stations have been developed from simple train stations to complex city transport hubs, which shows the characteristics of scaled area, integrated function, and diversified shape. Thus, it demands much higher requirements on EPC. How to eliminate the "Information Island" on the construction site through digitalization has become a research direction. Taking Hangzhou West Railway Station as an example, this paper has introduced 4D-BIM technologies and grid management from four aspects, which are, grid management platform system architecture, grid coding, BIM model grid division, and grid construction management process. This shows the efficiencies during the construction of Hangzhou West Railway Station, and also presents the positive impacts to construction schedule, construction quality, and construction safety.
