分布式能源站大型设备数字化吊装安全监控系统研究

Research on Security Monitoring for Digital Hoisting of Large Equipment of Distributed Energy Station

  • 摘要: 由于分布式能源站大型设备吊装的尺寸重量较大,在吊装时容易发生碰撞以及钢丝绳断裂的安全隐患。为此,构建了分布式能源站大型设备数字化吊装安全监控系统,在吊装现场迅速建立远程传感器、中继、数据收发与预报警的三层网络体系,制定相应的预报警规则及软件平台,采用不同的传感器单元监测吊装设备与井壁的距离、吊装设备的角度、吊装索具的拉力、风速以及吊装环境的温度湿度等;最后研发系统软件及通过硬件开发,在某国际博览中心分布式能源站发电机吊装过程中验证应用效果。结果表明,该系统能够实现发电机吊装过程中姿态的及时预警和管控,使得吊装姿态数字化。

     

    Abstract: Due to the large size and heavy weight of the equipment of distributed energy station, the security risks of collision and rope breaking are easy to happen.From this aspect, a digital hoisting safety monitoring system is being built for the equipment of distributed energy station, three layers of network system contain remote sensors, relay, and data transmission are being quickly established, relevant alarm regulation and platform are being made, using different remote sensors to monitor the distance between well wall and lifting equipment, the angle of lifting equipment, the force of the pull hoisting rigging, the wind speed and the environmental aspects(temperature, humidity). Then the results have been verified through the development of software and hardware through the real practice in an international exhibition. The results show that the system can achieve real-time meter-level location in hoisting, timely warning/controlling of unsafe behaviors, and enhancing the safety awareness of workers, which can digitally supervise those unsafe behaviors.
