基于BIM的政府质量安全监管模式的应用研究

Research on the Application of Government Quality and Safety Supervision Based on BIM

  • 摘要: 在大型项目建设过程中,BIM技术被越来越多地引入应用。本文在梳理政府质量安全监管内容的基础上,结合BIM技术,明确了基于BIM的政府质量安全监管体系、监管应用内容及创新监管方式;最后,结合具体应用案例进行了实践总结,并对其应用的效果进行了总结评价。各应用点及监管方式的效果均结合项目实际案例得以验证,该模式适用于日常政府质量安全监管工作,有利于优化政府部门工程质量监督工作的方法与流程,转变监管方式,提高监管效率。

     

    Abstract: In the process of large-scale project construction, BIM technology is being increasingly introduced and applied. Combining government documents regarding to quality and safety with BIM technology, this paper has clarified the system of supervision, the content of supervision, and the way of supervision under BIM mode. This paper has adopted a specific scenario to make the evaluation regarding to the outcome. It shows the results from all the application points are meeting with the expectations, which can satisfy the daily government supervision and can optimizing the workflow for improving the work efficiencies through the transformation.
