BIM与Web信息服务融合的关键技术研究

Research on Key Technologies of BIM and Web Information Service Integration

  • 摘要: BIM模型是融合建筑几何属性与非几何属性的信息载体,其可以用于承载建筑物在规划、设计、建造和运维等环节中的各类信息,体现出大数据的特征。但单一的BIM模型文件的承载信息与数据的能力有限,必须将可分布、易扩展的Web信息服务与BIM数据有效融合,来解决BIM模型海量信息承载与关联的问题。本文通过大量开发与研究,针对BIM模型和Web信息服务的关键技术,通过BIM数据的抽稀处理以及与Web系统的组织集成,提出了数据混合的解决方法与技术方案。

     

    Abstract: BIM model is an information carrier that integrates geometric attributes and non geometric attributes of buildings. It can be used to carry all kinds of information of buildings in planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance, reflecting the characteristics of big data. However, a single BIM model file has limited ability to carry information and data. It is necessary to effectively integrate distributed and extensible web information services with BIM data to solve the problem of massive information bearing and association of BIM model. Through many developments and research, aiming at the key technology of BIM model and web information service, this paper proposes the solution and technical scheme of data mixing through the thinning processing of BIM data and the organization integration with web system.
