Abstract: Shantou Tagangwei Municipal Engineering Project is very meaningful, which has high requirement in quality and tight period in construction cycle, therefore, it has high requirements in design, construction and management. By using HIDAS software, this project has implemented BIM + cloud computing and visualization, the design quality and efficiencies has been improved via plugin development. Through the development and application of BIM construction management platform and integrated management control platform, the solution of project management are increased. Hence, the digitalization level in site management is improved, the construction period are decreased, and the quality of project is increased.
