Abstract:
The monitoring of service condition of high-speed rail bed plate is an important technical means to ensure railways' safety operation. In view of the problems such as difficult to understand, unreasonable and low efficiency in the design and implementation of the traditional monitoring scheme. Under the help of BIM technology, this paper examines the design and implementation of the monitoring scheme of double-block ballastless track bed plate from the analysis of monitoring requirements, the design of monitoring equipment distribution points and wiring, and the establishment of monitoring data management platform method. The practical application results show that: the BIM model can accurately arrange the monitoring facilities and reduce the difficulty of the scheme design; the collision check can discover the problems in the scheme and ensure the rationality of the design scheme; the dynamic construction simulation can effectively guide the actual operation and guarantee the efficient implementation of the scheme; the data management platform can query the real-time data and achieve the visual monitoring of the service status of the track structure.
