Abstract: Currently, the use of BIM rapid modeling (Model from CAD) software is relatively common in the domestic construction industry. In view of this situation, this study conducted in-depth research on the application of dozens of Model from CAD software in China using methods such as network search, interviews with professionals, questionnaire survey, and answer analysis. The functions, advantages, characteristics, areas for improvement, price, and market acceptance of three mainstream software in the market are compared to provide readers with a general impression of domestic Model from CAD software.
