Application of Digital Technology in the Processing of Reinforcing Steel for PC Components

  • 摘要: 为了解决装配式混凝土构件中钢筋传统加工带来的种种问题,本文开展了钢筋数字化加工技术研究,结合钢筋加工设备,对加工过程中信息内容、传递方式、数字化加工流程和加工注意事项进行了深入探讨。本文针对加工过程中痛点和难点,引进数字技术,与传统的加工工艺结合,开发了一套钢筋自动化加工生产流程。实践结果表明,基于模型的数字技术与智能加工设备深度融合,可有效提高钢筋设计水平、自动化生产水平、产品质量和单位时间产出。由此可见,基于BIM模型的数字技术可助力实现智能制造和数字化生产,符合碳中和理念,可提高绿色施工和综合管理水平。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the various problems brought by the traditional processing of reinforcing steel in assembled concrete members, this paper carries out a study on the digital processing technology of reinforcing steel. Combined with the reinforcement processing equipment, the information content, transmission mode, digital processing flow and processing precautions are further discussed in the paper. As for the difficulties in the processing, a set of automatic processing and production process of steel bars is developed by introducing digital technology and being integrated with traditional processing technology. The results in the paper show that the deep integration of model-based digital technology and intelligent processing equipment can effectively improve the level of rebar design, automated production, product quality and unit time output. Thus, it is obvious that the digital technology based on BIM model can help realize intelligent manufacturing and digital production, which is in line with the concept of carbon neutrality and can improve green construction and comprehensive management in turn.
