Abstract:
During the construction of large-scale transportation hubs, steel structure projects are urgently needed to overcome the difficulties of missing information in flow transmission, poor traceability and low management efficiency. This paper proposes a method to build a whole-life management system for steel structure based on BIM and other key technologies of intelligent construction, which realizes the quantitative pricing, output value management, whole-life tracking of components and progress visualization management of BIM model, and solves the problems existing in the process of construction of steel structure projects. The R & D results have been applied in Xiamen New North Station large-scale transportation hub project, which closely associates the BIM model with the design and construction management process, realizes the dynamic and intelligent control of the project construction process, which can improve the energy efficiency of project progress, quality and safety control. The project provides replicable informationization, digitalization and refinement experience for steel structure management of large-scale transportation hub projects in China, which is of significance for wide popularization.
