BIM技术在鄂州花湖机场指廊工程施工管理中的应用

Application of BIM Technology in the Construction Management of Ezhou Huahu Airport Corridor Project

  • 摘要: 本工程单体多、占地面积大、所涉专业多,通过精细化模型创建及整合, 在施工前进行全专业协同工作,提前规避了多专业、多标段间的碰撞问题。本文基于模型及模型出图,进行技术交底和指导现场施工,通过检查、整改、复查及总结,实现了按模施工管理的闭环管理,并从深化设计管理、施工过程管理及造价管理等方面出发,阐述了BIM技术在机场项目施工管理中的具体应用创新与实践,分析了BIM技术在施工管理中的应用成效。

     

    Abstract: The project explored in this paper has a large number of individual units, covers a large area, and involves multiple disciplines. Through the creation and integration of refined models, full professional collaborative work is carried out before construction to avoid potential collision between multiple disciplines and sections in advance. After the modeling and drawing, technical disclosure and guide on-site construction are conducted. Through inspection, rectification, review, and summary, this paper has achieved a closed-loop management of formwork construction management. As for deepening design management, construction process management, and cost management, this paper elaborates on the specific application innovation and practice of BIM technology in airport project construction management, and analyzes the application effectiveness of BIM technology in construction management.
