Abstract:
The construction phase of port construction projects demands extensive information management, and existing BIM collaboration platforms and smart site solutions exhibit deficiencies when applied to these projects. This paper examines the innovative application of information technology at the project level in Lianyungang Port. It addresses state and industry requirements, including transportation and water transport standards, as well as the development of smart sites and quality engineering in Jiangsu Province. The study also investigates the integration of an intelligent management platform at the project level for port projects and proposes a "1+N+X" overall architectural framework. This framework aims to achieve effective integration of BIM collaboration platforms and smart construction site management systems, reduce the workload for port construction project implementation units, and enhance the efficiency of data management in construction projects.
