Abstract:
The EPC contract mode in hospital construction often leads to challenges such as overestimation and disjointed transitions between construction and operational maintenance phases. This study investigates the integration of operation management capabilities, focusing on improving connections between the general contractor's construction phase and the pre-operation phase of the hospital. Through quota design, continuous operational demands, and detailed management strategies, the study enhances management efficiency under the EPC contract mode. Emphasis is placed on the application of BIM technology in optimizing hospital building pipe networks and analyzing the net heights of public areas. The research proposes a refined management approach to connect various hospital departments effectively, providing valuable insights for managing medical buildings under the general contract mode.
