  • 摘要: 本文依托菏泽牡丹园东广场人防工程,研究了BIM技术在人防工程施工过程中的数字化应用,分析了案例工程施工中的重难点,阐述了BIM技术在人防工程中的应用价值,包括降低临建成本、深化管网设计、提高交付精度及优化施工流程。针对二维管理数据断层的瓶颈,本文介绍了集质量、安全、劳务及进度管理于一体的数字平台端口,展示了BIM技术在人防工程施工中的具体应用。研究成果为人防工程施工阶段的过程管控提供了实践参考。

     

    Abstract: This paper explores the application of digital technology in civil air defense engineering construction, using the Mudanyuan East Square civil air defense project in Heze, Shandong, as a case study. It analyzes the key challenges faced during the construction process and highlights the value of BIM technology, including reducing temporary construction costs, enhancing pipeline design, improving delivery accuracy, and optimizing construction workflows. To overcome the limitations of the two-dimensional management data gap, a digital platform port integrating quality, safety, labor, and progress management is introduced. The study demonstrates the specific application of BIM technology in civil air defense engineering construction, providing practical reference for process control in similar projects.
