Abstract:
Establishing geometric models is a primary task in the design and analysis of complex spatial structures. This paper explores the creation of geometric models for various complex spatial structures using the Rhino+Grasshopper parametric modeling platform, with a focus on modeling strategies, control parameters, and operational logic, supported by practical engineering applications. Additionally, integrated computational analysis and structural optimization are carried out using structural analysis software and Grasshopper's built-in mechanics plug-ins. The results show that parametric modeling and integrated analysis methods significantly enhance design efficiency, providing valuable insights into geometric modeling and computational analysis for complex surface spatial structures in similar projects.
