Abstract:
In construction organization design, CAD software is generally used for two-dimensional site layout, while Revit software is employed to convert the 2D layouts into 3D representations for visualization and simulation, ultimately guiding construction in three dimensions. However, the traditional approach to 3D construction site layout modeling is inefficient, with poor standardization. To address this, China Construction First Group developed a secondary system based on Revit by utilizing its open API interface and C# programming language, automating manual steps through programming. Backend code drives the intelligent construction of linear components and retrieves point components from the enterprise cloud family library. Additionally, the development of a Dynamo interface encapsulation function fills the gap in intelligent modeling, simplifying the overall modeling process, improving efficiency, and significantly optimizing CI standardization and non-physical project quantity calculations.
