Digital Design Application of BIM Integration Technology in "Belt and Road" Foreign Aid Projects

  • 摘要: 本文探讨数字化设计在援外工程中的应用,重点关注BIM技术的应用。通过文献综述与案例分析,研究表明,数字化设计在项目的前期策划、建设实施模拟检查、以及绿色建筑性能分析中具有显著的优势。通过BIM集成技术的数字化设计实现了数据的统一管理和信息的高效共享,提高了国内外项目协同传输的效率。以北京建工承建的援白俄罗斯国际标准游泳馆项目为例,其BIM集成应用展示了数字化设计在援外工程中的关键作用,为“一带一路”援外工程的BIM技术应用提供了有效的参考和指导。

     

    Abstract: This paper discusses the application of digital design in foreign aid projects, focusing on the use of BIM technology. Through literature review and case analysis, the study reveals that digital design offers significant benefits in pre-project planning comparison, construction simulation, and green building performance analysis. Digital design through BIM integration technology enables unified data management and efficient information sharing, thereby enhancing the efficiency of project collaboration and transmission between domestic and international stakeholders. The BIM integration and application of the Belarus International Standard Swimming Pool Project constructed by Beijing Construction Engineering exemplifies the critical role of digital design in foreign aid projects and provides valuable guidance for BIM technology application in "Belt and Road" foreign aid initiatives.
