园区碳排放计算模型研究与应用

Research and application of Parks Carbon Emission Calculation Models

  • 摘要: 园区碳排放控制是实现城市低碳建设发展的重要手段之一,要实现对园区碳排放控制需明确园区碳排放组成及计算方法。本文从计算范围、计算边界出发,考虑园区内能源活动覆盖建筑、交通、市政照明、水资源及固废废弃物等方面,研究建立了各类型能源活动产生的碳排放计算模型。同时,针对园区采用可再生能源及碳汇措施,研究其光伏发电及绿化碳汇的减碳量计算方法,建立了园区内减碳模型,最后得出园区在减碳措施下整体碳排放计算模型。通过PKPM-CC双碳云服务平台实现模型搭建及案例实践,为后续其他园区碳排放计算及减碳措施提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Carbon emission control in industrial parks is one of the important means to achieve the low-carbon construction and development of cities. To achieve carbon emission control in industrial parks, the composition and calculation methods of carbon emissions in the parks need to be clarified. The paper starts from the calculation scope and boundaries, considering the coverage of energy activities in the park in terms of buildings, transportation, municipal lighting, water resources, solid waste, etc., carbon emission calculation models for various types of energy activities are established. At the same time, under the situation of the park adopting renewable energy and carbon sink measures, the calculation methods of carbon reduction amounts of photovoltaic power generation and greening carbon sink are studied, and the carbon reduction model within the park is established. Based on the above research content, an overall carbon emission calculation model for the park under carbon reduction measures has been developed. The model construction and case practice have been implemented through the PKPM-CC dual carbon cloud service platform, providing reference for carbon emission calculation and reduction measures in other parks in the future.
