基于BIM软件二次开发的桥梁参数化建模研究

Research on Parametric Modeling of Bridges Based on Secondary Development of BIM Software

  • 摘要: 建筑信息模型(BIM)是实现桥梁信息化的一项重要技术,但一些BIM软件难以满足桥梁设计的实际需求,需要进行二次开发实现桥梁参数化建模。本文基于BIM软件进行二次开发,结合设计人员的设计思路,从基础的钢桁梁系统线自动生成开始,到杆件截面的定义,再到系统线与杆件截面的匹配关联,最后生成钢桁梁模型,实现了设计参数到钢桁梁参数化模型的闭环。同时,对特大桥的特殊桩基础中变径不等长的群桩基础的参数化进行了研究,实现了特殊桩基础的参数化设计。通过二次开发提高了桥梁三维设计的建模效率和准确性,为桥梁在特大桥的钢桁梁和特殊桩基础的BIM参数化设计中的运用及发展提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an important technology for achieving bridge informatization. However, some BIM software still cannot meet the actual needs of bridge design, and secondary development is needed to achieve bridge parametric modeling. Based on BIM software for secondary development, combined with the design ideas of designers, starting from the automatic generation of the basic steel truss system line, then defining the section of the member, matching and associating the system line with the section of the member, and finally generating the steel truss model, the closed-loop design parameters to the parameterized model of the steel truss have been achieved. A study was conducted on the parameterization of variable diameter and unequal length group pile foundations in the special pile foundation of a super large bridge. The parameterization design of the special pile foundation was achieved. The modeling efficiency and accuracy of bridge 3D design had been improved through secondary development, providing reference for the application and development of BIM parametric design of steel truss beams and special pile foundations in super large bridges.
