Abstract:
Smart communities, as the basic unit of smart cities, play an important role in enhancing urban functions and improving the living environment. Taking a renewal project in Guangzhou as a case study, this paper discusses the combined application of BIM technology and data acquisition technology in the construction of smart communities, and proposes a construction model based on "design as the main body of smart community technology and data integration". The results show that the data integration and analysis of BIM technology can effectively optimize the allocation of engineering resources in the community and improve the operational efficiency of the community. This construction model can provide a sustainable development idea for smart communities in urban renewal and help promote the comprehensive construction of smart cities.
