Abstract:
This article focuses on facade design, a key component of architectural design, and summarizes two innovative facade generation algorithms. First of all, the parametric method based on the expert system is particularly suitable for the initial stage of project design. Secondly, the AIGC semantic segmentation plan is used, and the building parts are placed in the corresponding positions according to the map information. Both methods support the export of 3D models, providing a wealth of data information, including the amount of facade materials, the cost of the facade, and the window-to-floor ratio. At the same time, with the help of the diffusion algorithm in AIGC technology, the screenshot of the facade model is successfully polished, so that it present a more realistic rendering with the surrounding environment. Finally, through the IFC (Industry Foundation Classes) data transmission format, the synchronization of the model to Revit is realized, which provides a convenient solution for multi-discipline collaboration and in-depth post-design. This research not only improves the efficiency and quality of facade design, but also introduces new methods and techniques to the field of architectural design.
