基于Tekla的钢结构焊接设计工艺一体化模型构建研究

Integrated Model of Welding Design Process for Steel Structures Building Based on Tekla Structures

  • 摘要: 钢结构建筑是装配式建筑的重要组成部分,但钢结构深化设计和生产工艺设计的割裂影响了其智能化生产和加工的发展。为实现钢结构焊接设计信息和工艺信息在同一三维BIM模型下的集成应用,本文通过分析Tekla Structures软件表达了焊接工艺信息的局限性,通过修改objects.inp文件设计用户定义属性窗口,整合工艺信息至钢结构深化设计模型,提出构建设计- 工艺一体化模型的解决方案,并以某门式钢框架柱脚节点为例,建立焊接工艺信息输入窗口,验证了该方法构建一体化模型的可行性。

     

    Abstract: Steel structure building is an important part of prefabricated building, but the severance of steel structure deepening design and production process design affects the development of its intelligent production and construction. To realize the integrated application of steel structure welding design information and process information in the same 3D model, this paper analyzes the limitation of Tekla Structures software in expressing welding information and proposes the solution of constructing an integrated design-process model by modifying the objects.inp file to design the user-defined attribute window and integrating the process information into the steel structure deepening design model. Taking portal steel frame column base node as an example, this study establishes the welding process information input window to verify the feasibility of this method to build an integrated model.
