深圳BIM数据结构化入库及应用场景探讨

Discussion on Structured Storage and Application Scenarios of BIM Data in Shenzhen

  • 摘要: 随着建筑行业的数字化转型逐步深入,作为工程信息数据载体的BIM模型,并没有在工程全生命周期中发挥出应有的数据价值。为了更有效地挖掘和应用BIM模型的数据价值,本文基于深圳市BIM相关标准,首先依据语义字典标准,对建筑、构件、空间和系统对象进行分类,形成相应的构件和空间类型表;其次将项目业务信息按照一定规则设计成业务逻辑表,同时将相关表格按照OLTP数据架构进行结构化存储;最后在此基础上尝试数据相关应用场景,如工程项目的数据查询统计、基点治理和非同源模型对比。

     

    Abstract: With the gradual deepening of digital transformation in the construction industry, BIM models, as the carrier of engineering information data, have not played their due data value throughout the entire lifecycle of the project. To more effectively mine and apply the data value of BIM models. this paper is based on the BIM-related standards of Shenzhen, classifies buildings, components, spaces, and system objects according to the semantic dictionary standard, and Form corresponding component and space type tables, and design project business information into business logic tables according to certain rules. At the same time, store relevant tables in a structured manner according to OLTP data architecture. Meanwhile, the classified data is stored in a warehousing manner. Finally, based on this, we attempt to apply the data to relevant scenarios, such as data query and statistics for engineering projects, and comparison of non-homologous models.
