基于BIM+CIM数据集成的建筑能耗管理应用

Building Energy Consumption Management Application Based on BIM+CIM Data Integration

  • 摘要: 随着城市化进程的加速和能源消耗的不断增长,建筑能耗管理已成为当前面临的重要问题。本文首先介绍了BIM与CIM的概念和特点,说明了BIM与CIM技术是形成数字城市空间技术的重要技术支撑,将成为未来城市信息化建设的主要力量;其次阐述了数据集成的原理和方法,详细介绍了城市区域能耗管理的实现过程,提出了一种基于BIM+CIM数据集成的建筑能耗管理方法,并在照明、空调、消防及动力等电力能耗特征规律分析方面进行了实践应用;最后验证了该方法有效结合BIM与CIM技术的数据集成,实现了城市区域建筑能耗的精细化管理和优化,提高了城市规划、建设和管理的效率与质量,推动了城市数字化转型升级。

     

    Abstract: With the acceleration of urbanization and the continuous growth of energy consumption, building energy consumption management has become an important issue facing the current situation. This article first introduces the concepts and characteristics of BIM and CIM, explaining that BIM and CIM technology are important technical supports for the formation of digital urban space technology and will become the main force for future urban information construction. Then it elaborates on the principles and methods of data integration, and then introduces in detail the implementation process of urban regional energy consumption management. It proposes a building energy consumption management method based on BIM+CIM data integration, and has been applied in the analysis of power consumption characteristics such as lighting, air conditioning, fire protection, and power. This method combines the data integration of building information model BIM and urban information model CIM to achieve refined management and optimization of urban regional building energy consumption, improve the efficiency and quality of urban planning, construction, and management, and promote the digital transformation and upgrading of cities.
