Abstract:
With the acceleration of urbanization and the continuous growth of energy consumption, building energy consumption management has become an important issue facing the current situation. This article first introduces the concepts and characteristics of BIM and CIM, explaining that BIM and CIM technology are important technical supports for the formation of digital urban space technology and will become the main force for future urban information construction. Then it elaborates on the principles and methods of data integration, and then introduces in detail the implementation process of urban regional energy consumption management. It proposes a building energy consumption management method based on BIM+CIM data integration, and has been applied in the analysis of power consumption characteristics such as lighting, air conditioning, fire protection, and power. This method combines the data integration of building information model BIM and urban information model CIM to achieve refined management and optimization of urban regional building energy consumption, improve the efficiency and quality of urban planning, construction, and management, and promote the digital transformation and upgrading of cities.
