基于区块链技术的工程变更管理研究

Research on Blockchain-based Engineering Contract Change Management

  • 摘要: 本文针对工程变更管理中的问题,提出了一种基于区块链技术的工程变更管理方法。首先,分析工程变更管理中存在的常见问题,探讨区块链技术与工程变更管理有机结合的可行性;其次,在不改变工程变更审核或审批流程的前提下,应用分布式存储、默克尔树数据结构、点对点网络及智能合约等技术,探究涵盖数据层、网络层、共识层、控制层及应用层的工程变更管理信息系统设计思路;最后,结合政府投资项目工程变更管理流程,给出信息系统设计方案和架构,为工程变更管理在规范流程、溯源责任以及加强监管等方面提供新的解决途径。

     

    Abstract: This paper proposes a Blockchain-based method for managing engineering contract changes to address the issues within engineering contract change management. First, it analyzes the prominent problems in engineering contract change management and explores the feasibility of integrating blockchain technology with engineering contract change management. Secondly, without altering the review or approval processes of engineering contract changes, it applies technologies such as distributed storage, merkle tree data structures, peer-to-peer networks, and smart contracts to explore the design ideas of an engineering contract change management information system encompassing the data layer, network layer, consensus layer, control and application layer. Finally, in conjunction with the engineering contract change management process of government investment projects, it presents an information system design scheme and architecture to provide new solutions for standardizing processes, tracing responsibilities, and enhancing supervision in engineering contract change management.
