新型钢-混凝土组合结构参数化设计及应用研究

Research On the Parametric Design and Application of New Steel-concrete Composite Structures

  • 摘要: 在装配式建筑预制构件的设计过程中,各预制构件虽形态相似但具体尺寸和规格差异较大,这往往导致设计过程中出现较高的错误率,并降低整体的设计效率。本文基于BIM技术在装配式结构设计领域的发展现状,以某新型装配式钢-混凝土组合剪力墙结构预制构件为研究对象,采用C#编程语言,对Revit软件进行二次开发。结合数据化和参数化的运行本质,补充软件功能局限性,通过构建可视化参数调节界面,自动控制和调整模型的创建与修改。软件设计简洁明了,功能设置丰富实用,大幅提高了结构的三维设计效率,并为不同类型的新型工艺组合结构设计提供研究思路和参考。

     

    Abstract: In the design process of prefabricated building prefabricated components, although the prefabricated components are similar in form, the specific size and specifications are quite different, which often leads to a high error rate in the design process and reduces the overall design efficiency. Based on the development status of BIM technology in the field of prefabricated structural design, this paper takes a new prefabricated steel-concrete composite shear wall structure prefabricated component as the research object, uses C# programming language, conducts a secondary develop of Revit software, combines the operation essence of data-based parameterization, supplements the functional limitations of the software, and automatically controls and adjusts the creation and modification of the model by constructing a visual parameter adjustment interface. The software design is concise and clear, and the function settings are rich and practical, which greatly improves the three-dimensional design efficiency of the structure, and provides research ideas and references for the design of different types of new process combination structures.
