特大型体育场馆建设中BIM技术的综合应用

  • 摘要: 本文基于杭州余杭国际体育中心项目的工程实践,结合了AI、AR、无人机、点云扫描以及3D打印等前沿技术,对BIM技术进行创新拓展应用。本研究对BIM技术应用的实施规划、主要创新与应用策略进行了系统总结和阐述,分析了各项技术的应用要求和效果,得出结论:在特大型体育场馆建设中,BIM技术应用是一个整体工作,做好全周期的实施规划十分重要。本文首先基于模型的可视化开展了模拟分析、设计方案优化和施工部署比选,有效助力了智能建造,提高了建筑设计与建造质量。其次,深化设计与优化是现场高质量施工的基础,它要求全专业协同,力求一次成优、实现深度融合。此外,BIM技术与激光扫描、AI技术、无人机、点云扫描以及3D打印等前沿技术的创新结合能为项目提质增效,全过程全专业集成管理可大幅降低管理成本,显著提升精细化管理水平。

     

    Abstract: Based on the engineering practice of Hangzhou Yuhang International Sports Center project, this paper integrates and combines cutting-edge technologies such as AI, AR, UAV, point cloud scanning and 3D printing and carries out an innovative and creative application of BIM technology. The implementation planning, main innovation and application strategies of BIM technology application have been systematically summarized and expounded. The application requirements and effects of various technologies have been analyzed. Based on the practice, the main conclusions are as follows: In the construction of large stadiums, the application of BIM technology is a holistic task, and it is of great significance to do a good job in the implementation planning of the entire cycle. Simulation analysis, design optimization and construction deployment comparison are firstly carried out based on the visualization of the model, which can effectively facilitate the intelligent construction and enhance the quality of design and construction. Secondly, deepening the design and optimization is the basis of high-quality on-site construction, which requires all professional synergy, and strive to become a good, in-depth integration.. In addition, The innovative combination of BIM with AI, point cloud scanning, 3D printing and other cutting-edge technologies can bring considerable convenience and benefits to the project. The entire process of professional integrated management can significantly reduce management costs and remarkably improve the level of fine management.
