Abstract:
The Beijing-Tangshan Railway adopted prefabricated U-shaped channel structure for the first time in China. In order to solve the problems of insufficient design depth of prefabricated U-shaped channels and canopies, low efficiency and accuracy of traditional prefabricated component appearance quality inspection methods, and low level of construction management informatization, integrated BIM technology research on design and construction of prefabricated U-shaped channel sections was carried out. Through BIM deepening design, the spatial relationships of reinforcement, sleeves, corrugated pipes, and cutting holes were accurately simulated, and the reinforcement layout was optimized, and 2D-3D integrated drawing and quantity calculation were realized. BIM design-finite element analysis integration application was carried out. Coordinated design functions such as rapid modeling, efficient terrain loading and cutting, and multi-disciplinary model linking and loading based on the domestic BIMBase platform were implemented. A prefabricated U-shaped channel appearance quality inspection standard was formulated. Automated appearance quality inspection has been achieved through laser scanning technology; Based on BIM+GIS technology, a comprehensive project management platform has been developed to improve the level of information technology in engineering construction, providing an integrated BIM based design and construction solution for prefabricated railway structures.
