基于BIM的大型工业园区智慧建造应用研究

Research on Intelligent Construction Application of Large Industrial Parks Based on BIM

  • 摘要: 当前建筑行业以BIM技术为载体的智慧建造技术体系发展迅猛。本文针对大型工业园区项目,通过共享坐标体系下的BIM设计,实现了多标段、多单体和多专业模型的定位和协同工作。同时针对施工阶段典型BIM应用,以BIM技术为手段对外立面、钢结构连廊和机电管线,开展了深化设计、出图及安装模拟,并对场地进行了优化设计与工程量统计。应用成果显著,研究成果为类似项目提供了有效的参考与借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The intelligent construction technology system based on BIM technology is developing rapidly in the current construction industry. This paperpaper focuses on large-scale industrial park projects and achieves the positioning and collaborative work of multiple sections, multiple units, and multiple professional models through BIM design under a shared coordinate system. At the same time, in response to typical BIM applications during the construction phase, BIM technology was used as a means to carry out in-depth design, drawing, and installation simulation for external facades, steel structure corridors, and mechanical and electrical pipelines; And optimized the design and engineering quantity statistics of the site, with significant application results. The research results provide effective reference and inspiration for similar projects.
