Abstract:
Bim-based data delivery can effectively improve the working collaboration ability of engineering construction projects. However, the current schemes to improve the data delivery efficiency through the construction of CDE generally have shortcomings. Therefore, this paper systematically studies and analyzes the construction method of CDE data exchange capability, combs out the process of BIM data exchange based on international standards in detail, and designs a set of CDE data exchange capability enhancement scheme. The core of this scheme is to build a data exchange platform as a central system (SmartLink). The supporting terminal program data exchange plug-in is used to receive and send BIM models and provides users with standard data exchange services in the form of SaaS. By deeply building CDE data exchange capability under the international BIM standard, the BIM data delivery efficiency is significantly improved.
