Abstract:
The traditional deepening design methods for doors and windows often have many shortcomings, such as being time-consuming and labor-intensive, making it difficult to meet the high efficiency and high quality requirements of modern architectural projects. Currently, using BIM software Revit for deepening can link door and window information with overall building information; however, when generating construction drawings, it does not meet domestic drawing standards, and many issues require manual post-processing. With excessive manual intervention, the efficiency of drawing output decreases and errors are more likely to occur. To solve this problem, this article will use Dynamo parametric programming software to assist Revit in generating door and window drawings. Taking a project in Qingdao as an example, we will ensure that the door and window design meets the architectural appearance and functional requirements, and deepen the design of door and window models to automatically create door and window schedules and detail drawings that comply with domestic drawing standards. The dimensions and materials of doors and windows will be annotated, and quick layout of drawings will be completed without manual intervention, thus ensuring the accuracy of door and window schedules and detail drawings, ensuring the precision of production and processing, and maximizing construction efficiency and quality.
