基于AHP-熵权法的BIM技术建筑施工造价控制方法

Construction Cost Control Method of BIM Technology Based on AHP-Entropy Weight Method

  • 摘要: 随着建筑行业的快速发展,建筑施工造价的控制成为项目顺利推进的关键因素。传统的造价管理模式存在信息孤岛、数据更新不及时、成本控制不精确等问题,容易导致项目成本超支和工期延误。本文以某大型装配式建筑为研究对象,基于BIM技术建模优化与AHP-熵权法对建筑成本影响因素进行功能指标的权重分析,实测计算结果表明:施工过程中的材料、人工、效率等方面均达到了优化控制,成本降低9.6%,辅助建筑施工实现精确造价控制。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of the construction industry, controlling construction costs has become a crucial factor in ensuring the smooth progress of projects. The traditional cost management model faces challenges such as information silos, untimely data updates, and inaccurate cost control, which can easily lead to project cost overruns and schedule delays. This paper takes a large prefabricated building as the research object, and based on BIM technology modeling optimization and AHP entropy weight method, analyzes the weight of functional indicators of factors affecting building costs. The measured calculation results show that the material, labor, and efficiency aspects during the construction process have been optimized and controlled, with a cost reduction of 9.6%, achieving precise cost control for auxiliary building construction.
