Abstract:
This research takes the example of an assembled office building, which develops an analysis of standardized design and BIM applications. From the value of the application of BIM technology, it analyses the problems in the process of standardizing the design of assembled buildings. Through the characteristics of BIM interactive design, it analyses the standardization of plans and elevations in assembled buildings while obtaining the core design and application principles of assembled buildings. A collaborative design model based on BIM technology, it analyses the design, production and construction system of the assembly building while building up a database for BIM information interaction. Therefore, this study relies on the standardized design application research of BIM technology, it can obtain the application method and standardized design model of "BIM + assembly" which could promote the update and development of the industrial system of assembled buildings.
