地铁车站基坑开挖复杂工况数值模拟的快速前处理建模方法研究

Research on Rapid Preprocessing Modeling Method for Numerical Simulation of Complex Excavation Conditions in Subway Station Foundation Pit

  • 摘要: 在分析基坑开挖引起邻近结构物沉降、变形等方面的研究中,FLAC3D是一种重要的数值模拟方法,但其存在前处理建模难以建立复杂的数值模型的问题。因此为了弥补FLAC3D软件前处理的局限性,本文根据基坑开挖流程,采用Rhino软件进行建模,然后使用Griddle插件进行网格划分的方法,生成可以导入FLAC3D软件中的网格文件。依托徐州地铁四号线南三环车站主体基坑开挖工程,通过AutoCAD、Rhino、Griddle、FLAC3D等软件的使用,快速地建立了包含基坑支护结构、邻近既有运营地铁车站主体、围岩等复杂工况下的FLAC3D数值计算模型,为快速建立复杂工况下的数值模型提供了建模经验。

     

    Abstract: FLAC3D is an important numerical simulation method in analyzing the settlement and deformation of adjacent structures caused by foundation excavation, but its pre-processing modeling is difficult to establish complex numerical models. This paper is based on the foundation excavation process. In order to compensate for the weakness of FLAC3D pre-processing, Rhino software was first used for modeling, and then the Griddle plug-in was used to divide the model to generate grid files that could be imported into FLAC3D. In this paper, based on the excavation project of the main foundation pit of the South Third Ring station of Xuzhou Metro Line 4, AutoCAD, Rhino, Griddle and FLAC3D software was used to establish the numerical model of the foundation pit supporting structure rapidly, the adjacent main body of the existing metro station, and the stratum under complex working conditions respectively, providing modeling experience for the rapidly establishment of the numerical model under complex working conditions.
