全过程工程咨询数字化管理需求分析及应用

Digital Management Demand Analysis and Application of Whole Process Engineering Consulting Services

  • 摘要: 全过程工程咨询采用“1+N”服务模式,具有多阶段、多专业服务的特点,对跨阶段不同专业间的数据共享与协作提出更高要求。目前我国全过程工程咨询行业尚处于培育阶段,咨询单位综合咨询能力有待提高,综合咨询抓手尚需进一步加强,普遍存在专业间数据互通性差、衔接不畅及各为其政等问题,未能完全发挥全过程工程咨询优势。本文以市政项目为依托,利用三维图形交互算法、自定义流程和表单引擎、BIM轻量化技术、BIM与GIS技术融合应用以及智慧工地数据对接等技术,构建契合市政工程项目管理需求的数字化管理平台,旨在提高项目管理水平和协作效率的效果。应用实践证明,数字化管理平台能有效解决全过程工程咨询模式的存在问题,助力咨询单位提供更优质的服务。

     

    Abstract: The whole process engineering consulting adopts the "1+N" service model, which has the characteristics of multi-stage and multi-professional services, and puts forward higher requirements for data sharing and collaboration between different disciplines across stages. At present, China's whole-process engineering consulting industry is still in the cultivation stage, the comprehensive consulting ability of consulting units needs to be improved, the comprehensive consulting grasp needs to be further strengthened, and there are generally problems such as poor data interoperability, poor cohesion, and each policy, which fails to fully give full play to the advantages of whole-process engineering consulting. Relying on municipal projects, a digital management platform that meets the needs of municipal engineering project management is built by using 3D graphic interaction algorithms, custom process and form engines, BIM lightweight technology, BIM and GIS technology integration and application, and smart site data docking, aiming to improve the project management level and collaboration efficiency. The application practice proves that the digital management platform can effectively solve the problems of the whole process engineering consulting mode and help the consulting unit to provide better services.
