Abstract:
The whole process engineering consulting adopts the "1+N" service model, which has the characteristics of multi-stage and multi-professional services, and puts forward higher requirements for data sharing and collaboration between different disciplines across stages. At present, China's whole-process engineering consulting industry is still in the cultivation stage, the comprehensive consulting ability of consulting units needs to be improved, the comprehensive consulting grasp needs to be further strengthened, and there are generally problems such as poor data interoperability, poor cohesion, and each policy, which fails to fully give full play to the advantages of whole-process engineering consulting. Relying on municipal projects, a digital management platform that meets the needs of municipal engineering project management is built by using 3D graphic interaction algorithms, custom process and form engines, BIM lightweight technology, BIM and GIS technology integration and application, and smart site data docking, aiming to improve the project management level and collaboration efficiency. The application practice proves that the digital management platform can effectively solve the problems of the whole process engineering consulting mode and help the consulting unit to provide better services.
