MicroStation参数化单元在三维设计提资中的应用

  • 摘要: 在汽车工厂工程设计中,工艺专业主要采用MicroStation进行三维设计,然而软件原生功能不足以满足设计需求。本文总结了MicroStation参数化单元的创建方法,并提出了通过MicroStation项类型和二次开发插件来实现单元与属性关联的两种方法。采用MicroStation CE软件项类型,可以实现单元与属性的关联,但便利性不足。本文通过二次开发插件,可以快速生成工艺提资模型构件,并将提资数据与模型构件进行了关联,弥补了MicroStation CE软件原生功能的不足,实现提资数据以模型构件为载体。同时为工艺专业的三维提资提供了前提,并且为工艺与土建公用专业跨软件的数据级协同打下基础。工程应用实践表明,依托于参数化单元和二次开发插件,整体提升了三维设计建模和提资的工作效率,为基于MicroStation进行工艺三维设计提资提供了可靠的依据和操作方法,具有实际应用价值。

     

    Abstract: In the engineering design of automobile factory, the technology specialty mainly uses MicroStation for 3D design, but the software native function is not enough to meet the design requirements. This paper summarizes the creation method of MicroStation parametric cell, and puts forward two methods to realize the association between cell and attribute by MicroStation item type and secondary development plug-in. MicroStation CE item type can achieve the association between cell and attribute, but the convenience is insufficient. By using secondary development plug-in, it is possible to quickly generate technology data extraction model components and associate the data extraction with model components, compensating for the shortcomings of MicroStation CE software's native function, realizing the use of model components as carriers for data extraction. At the same time, it provides a prerequisite for the 3D data extraction of technology and lays the foundation for cross software collaboration between technology and civil engineering specialty. The engineering application shows that relying on the parametric cell and the secondary development plug-in, the efficiency of 3D design modeling and 3D data extraction raising is improved. The practice of this project provides a reliable basis and operation method for technology 3D design data extraction based on MicroStation, which has practical application value.
