基于国产自主BIM的基坑安全监测平台

Foundation Pit Safety Monitoring Platform Based on Railworks

  • 摘要: 基坑安全监测平台采用国产BIM软件Railworks建立三维模型,实现基坑工程模型的编码和管理;读取数字化资产管理模块采集的基坑数据,驱动创建实时状态三维基坑BIM模型,同步至平台各管理模块中进行可视化应用。本文采集基坑土方开挖或其它地下工程中各施工监测点实时传输或导入的监测数据,通过数据分析形成各类变化曲线和图形,使监测成果“形象化”并及时反馈监测结果,预测后续施工可能导致的变形及状态的发展趋势,实现基坑施工安全的实时监测,提升施工质量。

     

    Abstract: The foundation pit safety monitoring platform utilizes the domestically developed BIM software, Railworks, to establish a 3D model, enabling the coding and management of the foundation pit engineering model. It reads the foundation pit data collected by the digital asset management module to drive the creation of a real-time 3D BIM model of the foundation pit, which is synchronized to various management modules for visual application. The platform collects monitoring data transmitted or imported in real-time from various construction monitoring points during the excavation of the foundation pit and the underground construction process. Through data analysis, various change curves and graphs are generated, making the monitoring results "visual" and providing timely feedback. This allows for the prediction of deformation and stability developments that will occur after further construction, achieving informatized construction.
