基于Revit的桩基础快速建模及桩长控制方法

Rapid Modeling of Pile Foundation and Pile Length Control Method Based on Revit

  • 摘要: 桩基工程施工质量和成本控制受到广泛关注,基于Revit及Dynamo进行桩基工程数据导入,通过脚本程序实现自动快速建模、桩长计算与控制。以某项目桩基工程为例进行验证分析,结果显示:基于Revit的桩基础快速建模方法,可以减少90%以上的人工误差,降低50%的时间成本,提高20%的施工效率;经过自动计算的结果能够用于桩长控制和成本管控,具有极高的效率,便于桩长的计算与统计分析;该方法能够有效优化地质勘测数据的应用效率,提高桩基施工的质量,控制总体成本。

     

    Abstract: The construction quality and cost control of pile foundation engineering have attracted wide attention. The data of pile foundation engineering is imported based on Revit and Dynamo, and automatic and rapid modeling, calculation and control of pile length are realized through script program. Taking a pile foundation project as an example, the results show that the Revit-based rapid modeling method of pile foundation can reduce more than 90% of the manual error, reduce 50% of the time cost, and increase the construction efficiency by 20%. The results of automatic calculation can be used for pile length control and cost control, which has high efficiency and is convenient for calculation and statistical analysis of pile length. This method can effectively optimize the application efficiency of geological survey data, improve the quality of pile foundation construction, and control the overall cost.
