数字化背景下钢结构厂房协同管理平台的研究

Research on the Collaborative Management Platform of Steel Structure Workshop under the Background of Digitalization

  • 摘要: 在新时代背景下,随着数字化技术的不断发展与工业化进程的不断提高,钢结构厂房在建造和管理等方面正面临新的机遇和挑战。传统钢结构厂房在建筑过程中的管理模式存在信息孤岛、沟通不畅等缺陷,造成大量的资源浪费,并对生态环境造成一定的破坏,不符合当今的绿色发展要求。因此,本文以钢结构厂房为基础,利用BIM技术,借助数字化技术对数据精准的处理能力,提出协同管理体系。采用程序开发工具Visual Studio 2019创建Winform窗体,运用B/S、C/S架构搭建协同管理平台、优化管理步骤及提升管理效能。该平台与传统生产管理相比具有显著优势,研究结果可为其他建筑项目的管理平台设计提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Under the background of the new era, with the continuous development of digital technology and the continuous improvement of the industrialization process, steel structure workshops are facing new opportunities and challenges in construction and management. The management mode of traditional steel structure workshops in the construction process has defects such as information islands and poor communication, resulting in a large amount of waste of resources and causing certain damage to the ecological environment, which does not meet the requirements of today's green development. Therefore, based on the steel structure workshop, this paper uses BIM technology and digital technology to accurately process data, proposes a collaborative management system, creates a Winform form with the help of the program development tool Visual Studio 2019, and uses B/S and C/S architecture to build a collaborative management platform to optimize management steps and improve management efficiency. Compared with traditional production management, the platform has significant advantages, and the research results can provide reference for the design of management platforms for other construction projects.
