Abstract:
The steel reinforcement skeleton of box girder plays a critical role in improving the efficiency of highspeed rail infrastructure construction and quality assurance. However, the lack of information collaboration in the traditional production process leads to the problems of low production efficiency and insufficient stability of product quality. With the help of the Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing and big data and other new generation information technologies, a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for high-speed rail box girder reinforcement skeleton is designed and developed in this paper, which ensures the stability, reliability and security of the system by means of microservices and containerization and other advanced technologies. The system includes basic data management, planning and scheduling management, onsite operation management and decision analysis management and other functional modules, providing comprehensive technical support and efficient management for the production process of high-speed rail box girder reinforcing steel skeleton. The system has been successfully put into engineering application in Maoming girder yard of Guangzhou-Zhan High-speed Railway, realizing the deeply combination of box girder steel skeleton production and intelligent manufacturing and lean management, effectively improving production efficiency and reducing production cost.
