京雄大桥BIM协同设计与数字化交付

BIM Collaborative Design and Integrated Application of Jingxiong Bridge

  • 摘要: 京雄大桥作为京雄高速公路项目中的关键性节点工程,由于其主拱肋结构造型独特,拱肋曲面造型和衔接构造对传统设计与建造模式都是一个巨大挑战。本文依托3DExperience平台开展BIM协同设计与一体化应用,包括设计模型的参数化建模与结构优化、加工模型的深化设计以及施工模型的集成应用等工作,并基于单一数据源下统一模型构架,实现多参与方高效异地协同应用,同时探索“精细化模型+ 二维总控图纸”的数字化设计交付模式,减少无效与低价值出图量,提升模型一体化应用价值。通过大桥BIM模型的深度一体化应用,有效解决了空间扭曲面的设计与优化难题,节省加工模型深化设计时间约4个月,有效确保了大桥实施进度,保障了大桥的建设品质。

     

    Abstract: Jingxiong Bridge is a key node project in Jingxiong Expressway project. Because of its unique main arch rib structure, the distortion surface modeling and connection node structure are a great challenge to traditional design and construction mode. This paper rely on the 3DExperience platform, BIM collaborative design and integrated application are carried out, including parametric modeling and structural optimization of design model, deepening design of processing model and integrated application of construction model. Based on the unified model architecture under a single data source, the efficient collaborative application of multi-participants in different places is realized. At the same time, the digital design delivery mode of ' refined model + two-dimensional main drawings ' is explored to reduce the amount of invalid and low-value drawings and improve the integrated application value of the model. Through the deep integration application of the bridge BIM model, it not only effectively solves the design and optimization problems of the spatial distortion surface, but also saves the deepening design time of the processing model for about 4 months, which effectively ensures the implementation progress of the bridge and guarantees the construction quality of the bridge.
