Abstract:
This study takes the pre-project planning of Changchun Longjia International Airport Phase Ⅲ Expansion Project as a case study, proposes a digital airport construction methodology oriented to the integration of construction and operation. In response to the pain point of the separation of construction and operation in traditional airport construction, which leads to the inability of construction results to effectively support operational needs, a demand driven full lifecycle digital collaboration system is constructed through the integration of management closed loop, digital collaboration, and organizational innovation methods and technologies. The study establishes a data-focused operational demand verification mechanism, and achieves in-depth integration of construction and operation through the 'Dual-Role Integration' organisational model and the 'Dual-Track Parallel Advancement' working path. The methodology aims to embed the operation evaluation index system into the whole life cycle of the airport, and to break the responsibility barrier through the innovation of organisational mechanism, so as to provide a systematic theoretical framework and practical paradigm for the digital transformation of civil aviation airports.
